These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://theadventureavenue.business (the "Site") and any booking services provided by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], LLC, operating as The Adventure Avenue ("we," "us," "our"), an ARC-accredited travel agency (ARC #11514425). By using the Site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Role as a Travel Agency
The Adventure Avenue acts as a booking agent that arranges travel on behalf of airlines and other third-party suppliers. We do not own or operate any aircraft. Your travel is also subject to the terms, conditions, and contract of carriage of the airline or supplier providing the service.
2. Fare Estimates & Final Pricing
Fares shown on the Site are estimates generated at the time of search and are subject to availability, fare rules, taxes, and change until a fare is confirmed and ticketed. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee the estimated price. A travel expert will contact you by phone or email to confirm the final, ticketed fare before any payment is collected or any charge is made.
3. Booking Requests & Payment
Information submitted through our booking form is a request to purchase travel, not a confirmed reservation. No payment is collected through the online booking form. Payment is only collected once you confirm the final itinerary and price with a travel expert, using a secure payment method communicated to you at that time.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information (including full legal name and date of birth as it appears on government-issued ID). Airlines may deny boarding or charge correction fees for inaccurate information, and such fees are your responsibility.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the fare rules of the airline or supplier and our service fees. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Adventure Avenue is not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or other acts of airlines or third-party suppliers that are outside our control. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the service fees paid to us directly.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
